When and how can I return the goods?

How does the return of my package work?

If you wish to return your order, please simply contact office@kraus-gmbh.at with your request so that we can provide you with all the necessary information and process your return as quickly as possible. We will also take care of everything for you in the event of an exchange. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. Please note our 14-day right of return. The return should be sent to: Kraus GmbH, Industriestraße C 2, 2345 Brunn am Gebirge, AUSTRIA


How do I get my money back?

If you have already paid, the purchase price will be refunded. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the initial payment:

  • Credit card: the amount will be credited directly to your credit card account.
  • PayPal: you will receive a credit to your PayPal account from us.
  • Pay now: your bank account will be credited after you have given us your bank details for the transfer.
  • Paid in advance: you will receive a credit to your bank account after you have given us your bank details (IBAN & BIC) for the transfer.

Upon request, the purchase price can also be credited to you as a voucher for your exchange.


When are we entitled to cancel the order?

We undertake to accept your order in accordance with the conditions on the website. We are entitled to withdraw from the contract in the event of typographical, printing or calculation errors on the website. We also reserve the right to cancel orders if deliveries are not possible for logistical reasons. All offers are valid while stocks last. If our supplier does not deliver the ordered goods despite contractual obligations, we are also entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, you will be informed immediately that the ordered product is not available. The purchase price already paid will be refunded promptly.


When do we have to provide remediation of defects or replacement delivery?

If there is a defect in the purchased item for which we are responsible, we shall be entitled to remedy the defect or make a replacement delivery at our discretion. If we are not prepared or not in a position to rectify the defect/replacement delivery or if this is delayed beyond a reasonable period for reasons for which we are responsible, or if the rectification of the defect/replacement delivery fails in any other way, you are entitled, at your discretion, to withdraw from the contract or to demand a corresponding reduction in the purchase price.
Unless otherwise stated below, any further claims of the customer, irrespective of the legal grounds, are excluded. We are therefore not liable for damage that has not occurred to the delivery item itself; in particular, we are not liable for loss of profit or for other financial losses of the customer.
