How does the return of my package work?
If you wish to return your order, please simply contact office@kraus-gmbh.at with your request so that we can provide you with all the necessary information and process your return as quickly as possible. We will also take care of everything for you in the event of an exchange. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. Please note our 14-day right of return. The return should be sent to: Kraus GmbH, Industriestraße C 2, 2345 Brunn am Gebirge, AUSTRIA
How do I get my money back?
If you have already paid, the purchase price will be refunded. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the initial payment:
- Credit card: the amount will be credited directly to your credit card account.
- PayPal: you will receive a credit to your PayPal account from us.
- Pay now: your bank account will be credited after you have given us your bank details for the transfer.
- Paid in advance: you will receive a credit to your bank account after you have given us your bank details (IBAN & BIC) for the transfer.
Upon request, the purchase price can also be credited to you as a voucher for your exchange.
When are we entitled to cancel the order?
When do we have to provide remediation of defects or replacement delivery?
Unless otherwise stated below, any further claims of the customer, irrespective of the legal grounds, are excluded. We are therefore not liable for damage that has not occurred to the delivery item itself; in particular, we are not liable for loss of profit or for other financial losses of the customer.
