What do I do if I notice defects or damage to my product?

If your ordered item is faulty, please report your complaint to us. Depending on the product manufacturer, there are different warranty regulations that prescribe different framework conditions for the retailer for complaints about faulty goods. Warranty cases must therefore be handled individually by us on reques. In such cases, we therefore ask you to send us a brief summary of the defects found together with photos of the faulty product to office@kraus-gmbh.at as soon as possible so that we can assess your complaint and process it further. Complaints cannot be made about products that have been damaged deliberately or through demonstrably incorrect use or improper storage on site.

Soiling that does not affect the quality or usability of the item does not constitute grounds for complaint.

If the complaint is justified, a replacement delivery or a voucher for the order amount is possible.
