How can I place an order as a new customer?

You can place orders 24/7 in our webshop. After registering for the first time, simply select your preferred product. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time by e-mail or telephone.


How do I find a product?

You can easily select your item via our clearly arranged menu. You also have the option of selecting your desired item using our search function. After entering at least 3 characters, the matching results for your search query are automatically displayed. Various filter options also simplify the selection process to help you find your desired product even faster.


How can I order my products?

Once you have found the item you want, you can add it to a virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button. Click on "My shopping cart" at the top right to see an overview of the products you have selected. Click on the "Proceed to checkout" button to start the ordering process.
If you are already a customer, you can log in with your access data and complete your order. As a new customer, you just need to register in a few steps with the most important data and you're ready to go.
You then specify a payment method and at the end you will receive an overview of your order and the resulting total costs. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and your order will be processed as quickly as possible.


If I have not received an order confirmation?

If you have not received an automatic e-mail notification from us within 1 hour of placing your order, we recommend that you first check your spam folder. Under certain circumstances, the order confirmation may have ended up in your spam folder due to the individual settings of your e-mail provider.
If you do not find a confirmation in your spam folder either, there may have been a typing error in the email address you entered or the order process was not completed correctly. In this case, it is best to contact us directly and we will clarify this with you individually.


How can I change or cancel an order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has been successfully completed, this is only possible by contacting us directly. In this case, it is best to contact us by telephone. If your order has not yet been packed and dispatched, we can still make changes for you. You can also find more information on this in the right of withdrawal.
